Well, my first guess is if it's not in Birds of North America, it might be from somewhere else, Europe or Asia most likely. However I did try a couple of online interactive bird searches, and it doesn't seem to exist.

Maybe you've discovered a new species, or it's an artificial organism sent by aliens to spy on the most advanced species on our planet... Bird Dogs.
