Wow! What an interesting Dragon! ;) The shape of the head and the "sawed-off" spikes look rather unusual. Also, the apparent smoothness of the skin is contrasted by the wall porosity.
It looks like the camera focused on the wall. Fortunately, the DoF saved the shot.
