I've never encountered this use/meaning of the word "smart" (and I still cannot find this meaning in the dictionary).

Yep, indeed. I have yet another photo, but slightly to the left, so it didn't include the Moon. Even though that one was a bit better technically, - I preferred this one, with the Moon. It gives some charm to the sky.
