I found the problem. The door has a little key that closes a switch in the scanner. If this' switch is not close the scanner doesn't start. Unfortunately the cheap plastic key in the door of my scanner came broken. will return it and ask for another one.
If I insert a little piece of plastic in that place the scanner works perfectly.
