You don't think he was trying to influence the jury do you? Showing how he
was at the mercy of this electronic device and he seemingly did nothing
wrong.
In some of my trials involving engine control electronics the plaintiff
would sometimes allude to the issues with home computers that were seemingly
spontaneous.
