Ya thats what we have now decided. I'm just a bit concerned about the
ISBN number. Apparently if we use Bookwright we get 1 free number. If
we download the book and ask for a proof copy and have to do some
edits then a resubmit do we loose our free number. I'm a bit confused
with this.
