Apparently I will never know. The Book arrived this noon with no fanfare, so the induction ceremonies etc. must have been handled quietly in a secret location.
As I thought when I skimmed through the online preview, this is an amazing piece of work. The photos themselves are simply and carefully presented without extraneous embellishments on the page. The cover, the section intros and dividers, and other insertions are a continuous series of PDML inside jokes, written and visual. Those who have not been within the PDML sphere of influence for more than a few years may not get many of the subtle jokes, but they can still enjoy the consistent Newspaper theme throughout.
