Dave, you'll find the bulk of it in the /Applications folder. Probably "Adobe Photoshop CS". You could just drag it to the trash and empty it.
Some bits and pieces will be in /Library/Application Support/Adobe but sorting out what's still needed by other apps is time-consuming, so I'd not worry about it.
