Only the LX had OTF metering for general exposure setting. ALmost all
later bodies had OTF *flash* metering. Early DSLRs had OTF (well, Off
The Sensor) flash metering but it was unreliable due to the
reflectivity of the sensor and subsequently dropped from the K10-D
onwards. (or maybe even with earlier models? I'm not sure because I
went directly from the ist-D to the K10D.)
