With my LX and Rikenon XR 4.5/300 APO on monopod, 1/125s is safe, 
and most of the 1/60s shots are sharp as well. This is about 2 stops gain.
The monopod is a Manfrotto 434 (3018) with 308RC (3413QR) ball head.
