My ISP said they did a "refresh" & everything is now back to normal but they won't (or can't?) say what the problem was.

Hmmm - don't think I can help.  I don't use Windows Live Mail.  For normal
email
I use Thunderbird but for the PDML I use my lyons-ryan domain's web mail so
that
list messages don't get mixed up with other mail.

Perhaps there are others who might have a better insight into the issue.
