I knew you were on the road, even though yours was one of the last images I saw
on Friday (I think you posted it on Wednesday).
I'm itching to take a long trip out west, but I'm stuck here in Raleigh. Baxter
can't travel and it's not fair to stick her in the pet hotel for more than a
couple of nights.
Something like Grandfather Mountain is as long as I can be away & even then I
worry about her the whole time I'm gone. Got a PPNC guild meeting coming up
later this month & she'll be in the hotel for three days (two nights) then. I
hope she'll still be there when I get back to Raleigh.
I know she's more than 20 years old now, and that's pretty old for a feral
rescue kitty. As long as she survives, any major travel plans I might have are
on hold.

Yesterday was a massive family event where I made dozens of photos, but I've
