It does not stand out well enough (got too small), but the 'circular' in this image was in the lower right hand, where the mill-operator (milnner ?) is actually standing IN the large wheel that makes the whole windmill turn arround, to direct it into the wind. He is standing on the spokes to use his body-weight to make turning the wheel a bit easier ...
