Ann, you're quite right, the sun make the sand look rather pleasant. But I resolved to post b/w pictures only :-), I should keep my resolve.
There no that much sand beyond the castle and in Tel Aviv, you cannot really have isolated view on something, unless you either come close or use a very narrow angle lens.
