Dan, this is promising. I have two suggestions: 

-  crop out the outside windsurfers, so that attention focuses on the middle 3 
with the mountain in the background. 

- correct the color, which seems hyper-saturated and blue-shifted. For similar 
Maui pics I clicked the Lightroom eyedropper on the foam of breaking waves.
