By the time the dust settled it was probably about that long. But it wasn’t a case of adding 3.5 hours to a 2 hour drive, it was taking the 3.5 hour route home and spending a couple hours taking photos on the way. It wasn’t so much a joyride, I needed to make the drive out for work, and I just took a more scenic route home.
