Also...you should have a switch inside the house that controls power to the light.  Turning that switch off for about 1 second, then turning it back on should put the security light on manual. Off again for one second, then back on should reset it to auto. If you forget which mode you're in just turn it off for a minute, then back on and it should re-calibrate to auto.
