If you have OneDrive on your iphone/iPad and your PC you can set OneDrive to 
upload your pictures individually, ie not zipped, automatically from the Photos 
folder on the iOS device. You can also get OneDrive for Android. 

There are other file-sharing apps which are not Windows and do the same thing, 
including Amazon Photos and Google Photos.

If you shoot with Lightroom on your phone it cloud syncs automatically so the 
photos are available on all the devices where you have the cloud version of LR.
