Quite true. They have doubled the interval in SA so more over 60's can
get their 1st shot before any 2nd shots are administered. Things have
taken months to get moving at all.

Meg got her first jab in late January and her second 3 weeks later; I got mine
Feb 8 and March 8. Why hers was a 3 week interval, mine a 4 week interval is a
mystery but that is the way they scheduled us.

That’s a terrible way to do it. It should be based on clinical need, and
nothing else.
I had mine on 13 Feb and 24 April, ie 10 weeks apart. Over here they’re
narrowing the gap to try and get ahead of the so-called Indian variant.
