Quite elaborate and dramatic! First equine photographer I have encountered.
Reminds me of the tiny veterinarian's office I came across in the village of Oldwick, near where I live. I couldn 't figure out how they managed with such a small office, and no parking or outdoor runs. Then I noticed that under the name of the group it stated "equine sports medicine." Everything they do is by house (or horse) calls.
