Good for you, John. Continuation of the efforts of Dan & many others.
The underlying problem is the destruction of habitat (bush clearing
including Milkweed plants) along the migratory paths, many of which are
now broken. I have read that remedial action is being taken so there is
always hope.

You can buy caterpillars on-line; 2024 appears to be sold out, but you
can order them for 2025. Maybe I'll do that.
