While I was home, after I had brekkies on Saturday I remembered that a friend told me there was going to be a car show that day in Brookdale. I happened to have my u4/3 camera with me because of a previous errand.
I think that a few years back I posted some photos of a hotrod named Bertha, made out of a fire truck. I ran into a friend who had been my student at the race track in the V8 MGB, someone with a supercharged MGBGT, which unlike my supercharged MGBGT is running, someone I had gone to high school with who at that moment was chatting with someone I met on my last trip to burning man 15 years ago. I also saw the friend who told me about the show (with the Plymouth Road Runner).
