I hadn't noticed that. My first though was "if you have your seat that far 
back, do you commute by brachiating?". 
But it actually looks like the relative position of the seat, cranks and rear 
wheels is pretty close to normal, though the rearmost set of tubes might be a 
bit more vertical than normal.  Does that give you more weight on the rear tire 
when going up hill on slick surfaces?

Or I could ask the google monster,  "flying gat" was enough of a clue
