The drive from Nanimo to Tofino in itself offers some fantastic photo opportunities. Once on the west coast of the island, there are some great places to visit beside Tofino, Equlet (I've misspelled that) and Long Beach. The drive along the west coast offers some grand views. Also if you are interested you can go on a whale watch, this is the right time of the year.
