I have had one for several years now. I use it with a 67-77mm step up ring
on a 300mm SMC Pentax FA f4.5. I have gotten very acceptable 16" by 20"
prints from images  taken with this combination. IMHO it is worth every
penny as it gives me another use for the 300.
