The 28-80 AL version is only available in USA. It is not listed in Europa.
It is a rebadged Tamrom Zoom. Look a B&H spec infos and you will see that
are the same lenses.

The 28-90 was not tested very well in german, I think a far better lense is
the new FA28-105 3.2-4.5
