Some people are a little cautious, I bet the same was said when Oly first 
brought out the E-10, didn't hurt sales in the end and I bet once the paranoid 
got wind of just how reliable and well designed it was they too bit the bullet.

If Pentax does produce DSLR then they have no excuses whatsoever for not 
ensuring that it is flawless within its design specifications. They have a 
pretty good track record to this point in film cameras and now tens of 
competing products from their peers to scrutinize.
