Monopods are NOT an option. A 2x teleconverter would be nice as I am sitting 20 rows up. However, the tele zoom is already slow at f/5.6 at say focal lengths of 200-300mm. I'm afraid of things getting too much darker. As I said previously, colored or white spot lights during the performance.
