zenitar fisheye price

A stupid question from me, just to be sure...
Does this one fit on me mx and me ?
MC Zenitar 2,8/16 MF Fisheye for Pentax - NEUWARE
and is 99euro a reasonable price for a new one at ebay.. it seems it's
with all the stuff that comes with it (bag, filters)
