I'm currently preparing the debian packages for PowerDNS. After testing the packages I came across the gsqlite backend not working. The following error occurred: Nov 6 15:15:42 monster pdns[32038]: Creating backend connection for TCP Nov 6 15:15:42 monster pdns[32038]: Caught an exception instantiating a backend, cleaning up Nov 6 15:15:42 monster pdns[32038]: TCP server is unable to launch backends - will try again when questions come in: Undefined but needed argument: 'gsqlite-dnssec' After specifying the 'gsqlite-dnssec' option in the configuration I got the error: Nov 6 15:16:29 monster pdns[32067]: This is module gsqlite reporting Nov 6 15:16:29 monster pdns[32067]: This is a guarded instance of pdns Nov 6 15:16:29 monster pdns[32067]: Fatal error: Trying to set unexisting parameter 'gsqlite-dnssec' Nov 6 15:16:30 monster pdns[32064]: Our pdns instance exited with code 1 In the configuration I had (relevant parts): launch=gsqlite gsqlite-database=/var/lib/powerdns/pdns.sqlite Hopefully you know what's going on here.
