I have posted this image at

http://download.onthenile.net/Ubuntu-6.0.6-PowerDNS-2.9.20.bz2

The default login username/sudo admin name is ubuntu and the password is ubuntu

It is set to get an ip address on dhcp when you boot up. You can edit /etc/network/interfaces to set a static ip if you want

Powerdns, mysql and apache will fire up on boot and you access powerdns by going to

http://assignedipaddress/

I've also put together a small VM image running ubuntu 6.0.6 LTS
