This was addressed, but I can't remember if it got into PDT 2.0.1 or whether this was fixed in PDT 2.1. Are you on PDT 2.0.1 ? if not then you could try that. If you are then you will need to move to PDT 2.1 (Eclipse 3.5 Galileo).
