tools.pdt Committers, Jacek Pospychala has expired the commit rights for Michael Spector (mspector). The reason for this change is:
Michael did over 15000 of commits, that account for almost 50% of all changes in PDT. After three years of inactivity, It's final time to welcome Michael in PDT Committer Emeritus exclusive Club.
