tools.pdt Committers, Dawid Pakula has expired the commit rights for Zhao Zhongwei (zzhongwei). The reason for this change is:
Zhao stopped working on PDT over 3 years ago (last commit it's from Jul 24 2012). He also told me that haven't plan to go back in short time.
