I suggest that we start keeping track of API that is doomed to be removed in PDT 5.0. I created the 5.0 milestone in Bugzilla. I suggest to have a bug for each API to be removed, assign it to milestone 5.0 and add the "api" keyword. Here is an example: https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=497837 This way, when the time for PDT 5.0 comes we will easily know what shall be removed.
