It would be great if you could help us with this :) At the beginning can you give us logs from your Eclipse (<workspace>/.metadata/*.log)? You can attach it to bugzilla issue I created for this problem [1]. I'm not 100% sure what functions are missing, I get only "isset" and then functions from my own code. I did notice that typing "is_" is not returning any matches so maybe the problem is related.
