Fix is inside initial 8.0 snapshot. You can safely install it on top of 2020-06 (will be released after couple days). In theory should even work on 2020-03 but it will require more dependencies.
Just use direct p2: https://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/8.0 or universal: https://download.eclipse.org/tools/pdt/updates/latest-nightly/ On 14 June 2020 at 12:16:08, Basil Mohamed Gohar (basilgo...@hidayahtech.com) wrote: Thanks for resolving this. The fix looks simple enough. Is it possible for me to just edit the associated JAR file in my own Eclipse install to tide me over until the next release? If so, how best to do that? Someone had this same error message about one month ago and posted on the Eclipse subreddit (found via searching): https://www.reddit.com/r/eclipse/comments/gcobmx/the_server_does_not_support_version_74_of_the_php/ Can someone help me through this issue and how I can get this working, if at all?
