It's possible you already have a read/write account. If you don't, I  
can fix that for you.

There isn't a read-only CVS account, but you can get a snapshot of  
the code from FishEye:

http://hww3.riverweb.com:8080/viewrep/cvs/PDT

Just look for the "tarball" portlet in the lower left hand corner of  
the screen.
