No. As far as I can tell, only those who have volunteered for booth
duty will be issued an Exhibit pass ( as a representative of PDXLUG).
I don't hang out on the irc channels, so if you have volunteered for
booth duty there; I'm oblivious to it. If you want to volunteer, you
should contact Robby.
IF your are a member because you subscribe to the e-mail list or an
irc channel, <I think that membership plus $0.50 will not even buy
you a cup of coffee> you should apply for the Exhibit pass yourself.
Of course, if you can afford it; you can pay for the sessions that
interest you...and take advantage of the "local Lug" discounts that
O'Reilly offers(I think your paid enrollment includes an Exhibit
Pass).

Yes. Exhibits only registration is free.
If you are volunteering to do booth duty, you get an Exhibits Only
registration for that ( or at least, that is what happened two years ago).
To play it safe, you ought to apply for the free Exhibits Only pass yourself
and not depend upon getting the Exhibits Only pass you expect to get as a
PDXLUG member.
