And that was the original aim of PDXLUG. It started solely as as separate mailing list ONLY, not even a real group that was supposed to meet. It was meant for less trolling, noise, political/interpersonal conflicts, etc etc. FOCUSING ON LINUX! Instead it turned immediately into another flame war about PLUG vs. PDXLUG.
It seems people would rather fight over petty stuff than talk about Linux. That's all it's degraded to.
