I am not suggesting that it is or isn't. I am stating that it exists.

I think his point is that we can admit these differences exist, but
they don't need to dominate our interactions to the point of
alienation.
If only everyone agreed with that, the world would be a better place.
But certainly less enjoyable as we would all be involved in a gigantic
intellectual ego masturbation about dominant interactions.
