You can always get it today: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DapperRC (gksudo "update-manager -d") if you are already running Ubuntu. The update went well for me and there was no waiting (other than the time it took for the ~700MB of updates to download)

Folks, It seems like Ubuntu is taking orders for the upcoming release of Dapper Drake 6.06 LTS (long term support). The scheduled release is June 1, shipping will begin soon after (and they say it'll take as long as 6 weeks - as I remember, they ship to the US from Europe). To sign up, see https://shipit.ubuntu.com Get in line, I think the waiting list on this one will be looooooooooong. If you do order, I suggest that you order 10 - so we can share with each other, at OSCON, etc, and if we have a lot of extra, I would think that FreeGeek would be happy to take them. You can order up to "10 CDs," which in the past were 10 x 2 CD packs (one Live CD, and one install CD). But I'm not sure if that's going to change with their new install from Live CD option.
