I am attempting to work with the Open Source BIRT reporting package against a MySQL database driven ticketing system and am feeling out of my depth. Is there anybody here on the list who has used this package and could give me some help setting up some reports with it. I would like an interface where I could supply customer, date range, and possibly billing codes, but would settle for a template that needs to be edited before each run. If nobody is available, can anybody recommend somebody that could help? I have a limited budget, but if we could agreed on a fixed project rate, I can run it past the steering committee…
