I am having problems with my printer and it has been suggested that somehow it has gotten hooked up to the wrong driver and that I should uninstall and reinstall it. Because my son-in-law in Hong Kong installed it there, I am not sure how to do it as I do not have a CD that is compatible with Linux.
My printer is an HP deskjet 5550. If someone has some time to walk me through it I will give you my phone # and we'll see what happens. (My son-in-law has been out of pocket last week and now this week; otherwise I'd just depend on him!) Thanks!
