FOSCON planning hoedown

This will be a short (half hour) meeting right before the regular
meeting, to discuss what we'd like to do at FOSCON. There were a few
of you at the last meeting who were interested -- please sign up if
you'll be able to come! We can have a pre-regular-meeting beer at
the Lab.
