The planners of the OSCamp/FOSCON events will be meeting tonight at
8pm (PT) on IRC on #pdx.rb (irc.freenode.net). We'll be talking
details of the two events, including:
- updates of plans since the Tuesday meeting
- ideas for OSCamp events: games, contests, shootouts, projects, etc.
- suggestions for FOSCON presenters
- FOSCON site setup (AV systems, ...?)
- FOSCON fundraising/sponsorship ideas
- how to publicize the events
If you'd like to have a hand in planning, but haven't been able to
make it to the face-to-face meetings, now's your chance!
