The summary files are created after each block; there should be one
after block 1, and then another after block 2 , and then another after
block 3.   These are cumulative, so the final stats includes all 3
blocks.  I'm not sure, but it might be that Fan's version essentially
uses just one block.
I think the rationale for this is that after sufficient practice, you
might see certain costs reduce, and so the strongest might occur for
the first block.  Of course, you can do this analysis yourself using
the data files rather than the summary files, which is preferred.
GIven the known lack of reliability and independence of the three
attentional cost measures in Fan's task, it is probably best to use
just the whole data set, in hopes that the measures will be more
reliable.
