Hi Hannes, Venkatesh and Amarnath are IBMr and they are going to maintain the IBM_DB2, PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX PECL extensions. I will acknowledge the request individually also.
Once the PECL account will get approved they will apply for php.net account(git code tree) to maintain our PECL extensions code base. what is VCS request, is it same as php.net account request? If it is different and needed to maintain the PECL extension then please share the link to request VCS account.
