I am one of the developer for IBM_DB2, PDO_IBM and PDO_INFORMIX extensions. Amarnath R Reddy & Venkatesh Babu K.S are IBMr and working on DB2 and Informix extensions. They needs PECL account to contribute and handle the extensions.
