Hi everyone,

Now that my account has been approved (thanks again Alan!) I'd like to register
the package that John Boehr and I have been working on. Per
<http://pecl.php.net/package-new.php>:

> Make sure you pick the right name for your package. This is usually done
> through "community consensus", which means posting a suggestion to the
> pecl-dev mailing list and have people agree with you.

So, given the following work in progress ...

<https://gitlab.com/pmjones/phprequest/> "This extension provides fundamental
server-side request and response objects for PHP. These are not HTTP message
objects proper. They are more like wrappers for existing global PHP variables
and functions, with some limited additional convenience functionality."

... I was thinking "request" would be reasonable. Anybody care one way or
another?

Also, critique of the class/property/method names (etc.) is welcome.

Thanks all!
